We are an employee-managed company: Our primary owners are the employees through the employee cooperative Kuupers eG. We also operate in an agile and self-organized manner internally: We make technical, organizational, and financial decisions jointly. Responsibility lies with those directly affected.
Our journey: origin and foundation functionals
Before founding functionals, the majority of the team had already worked together successfully in various other corporate contexts:
2007
in 2007 with the technology start-up nurago , where we, with just under 100 employees worldwide, have enabled new methods in market, media and user research.
2010
From 2010 onwards, as part of the globally active GfK, we were able to provide significant technological impetus beyond our own unit , but also methodological ones within the framework of making IT more agile using SAFe.
2018
From 2018 onwards, I spent five years at Allianz in various business units, where we provided long-term support to the field of data and analytics through new platforms and systems as well as the development of new teams.
In 2022, we finally embarked on a journey to new horizons. Self-determined action and collaborative learning were important to us in taking this step. Today, we are delighted to be able to work with our customers as partners and to set new standards for both ourselves and our customers.
