From Backend Engineering to DevOps – Driven by Automation
Hi, I'm Lutz, one of Functional's Cloud Native Engineers.
I started out in typical backend engineering. Being easily frustrated by seeing people waste time on tasks that could be automated, I naturally shifted towards DevOps and DevEx disciplines.
I firmly believe that modern technologies and field-tested best practices can eliminate mundane tasks and unlock an organisation's full potential – while making day-to-day work a lot more enjoyable.
Outside Work
I enjoy tinkering in my backyard workshop – wood, metal, and the satisfaction of building things by hand.
